Amaria has a passion for helping individuals and believes that therapy is a space of release and a great mode of personal growth and development. Her therapeutic approach centers on the ideas of self-discovery, client autonomy, and working with the whole client. Amaria believes that clients and clinicians need to collaborate throughout the therapeutic process, and having a warm environment where all clients can feel safe while they take their therapeutic journey is essential. Amaria wants to provide clients with a therapeutic relationship and environment where they feel like they can be completely open when they may not feel safe otherwise. Amaria utilizes multiple modalities personalized to clients but takes a particular interest in the relationship between cognition and emotion.
