Hilary aims to ensure a feeling of empathy and warmth in her therapeutic space and wants her clients to feel safe as they work through life’s ups and downs. She believes that every client is a unique individual who possesses the ability to overcome challenges, heal from wounds, and achieve goals that align with their values. She believes that clients should be approached holistically, understanding mental, emotional, and physical health. Hilary approaches every client as a unique individual, trusting that the client is the person who knows themselves best.
Education
Hilary has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ðǿմ«Ã½, anticipated to graduate in May 2025. She is being supervised weekly by licensed clinicians while working as an intern at NUhope.
Special Interests
Hilary loves spending time outside, walking or running on beautiful trails, and she enjoys making and eating delicious food. Spending time with her three daughters and husband, along with other family and friends, is a top priority of hers and brings her immense joy.
