Hope endeavors to provide a therapeutic space for clients to work on their goals and process life difficulties while honoring each person’s unique life story, social experiences, cultural background, and personality. In addition, she strives to incorporate the client's strengths and resources in helping them navigate their way through emotional and behavioral challenges and experiences of suffering and disadvantage.
Therapeutic work can often be difficult. Hope’s belief is that commitment and willingness from both the therapist and client in such work is crucial for progress. Therapeutic work is also a collaborative effort. Hope strives to form strong relationships with her clients and is committed to working together as a team.
Education
Hope received her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from the University of Washington Bothell and a Master of Arts in Secondary Teaching from the University of Washington Seattle with a teaching certification in Secondary Education. She is currently a graduate student at Ðǿմ«Ã½, completing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her anticipated graduation date is July 2025.
