Kayla is a passionate individual who aims to provide an empathetic space for her clients where they can feel comfortable in being their most vulnerable within the therapeutic setting. She values establishing and building strong therapeutic bonds with her clients and creating a safe space for them to feel valued, seen, and heard. By collaborating with her clients and integrating a variety of counseling modalities, she helps her clients set and achieve realistic and meaningful goals along their therapeutic journey towards healing.
Education
Kayla has her associate's in psychology from Pierce College; she then went on to obtain her bachelor's in psychology from the University of Washington – Tacoma. She is currently a third-year student at Ðǿմ«Ã½ in the clinical mental health counseling program and is expected to obtain her master’s degree in June of 2026.
Special Interests
Outside of the clinic, Kayla enjoys spending time with her children, getting involved in the community, and reading novels.
