Exploring our inner lives takes courage, especially when past experiences or current challenges create hard-to-break patterns. Therapy is a meaningful step toward healing, clarity, and growth. Melissa’s goal is to work together with clients to address difficult emotions, reshape unhelpful behaviors, and work toward a more connected, fulfilling life.
Melissa’s views therapy as a collaborative journey that honors each person’s unique experiences and strengths. She seeks to provide a compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
