Sala is dedicated to creating a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges. She believes that a key component of healing is giving clients the opportunity to share their stories in a space where they feel truly seen and heard. Sala works collaboratively with each client to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and to help them access their inner strengths. Her approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, utilizing a combination of therapeutic techniques. Sala draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities to provide a well-rounded, personalized approach.
Education
Sala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Welfare from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Ðǿմ«Ã½. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Ðǿմ«Ã½ with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. Sala regularly consults with licensed psychologist supervisors and peers for guidance and feedback.
Special Interests
Sala enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She is passionate about mental health advocacy, particularly within the Pacific Islander community, where she focuses on connecting individuals with accessible mental health services.
