ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Featured as a College of Distinction
Each year, national college ranking services and websites consider ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ for their listings. We have had the privilege to be selected by several reputable rankings, and we just learned of another. Colleges of Distinction, a prominent college information website committed to matching students with the right school, recently selected ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ as a featured school.
Colleges of Distinction ranks schools based on four criteria. A College of Distinction must have "Engaged Students, Great Teaching, Vibrant Communities, and Successful Outcomes." Many of the qualities that most stood out to Colleges of Distinction about ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ had to do with our identity as a Christian institution. "As a result, nearly 90% of NU students report growing in their faith while attending the institution." These included the various mission trips and international opportunities that we offer, our Christ-centered community, and our commitment to hiring Christian professors.
Colleges of Distinction also cited our location, career development opportunities, and our professors' expertise as essential factors in the success of our students.
