Title IX Administrator Training
The Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, Decision-maker, Reviewer, and Informal Resolution Facilitator must receive appropriate training. Training materials must not rely on sex stereotypes and must promote impartial investigations and adjudications of Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment.
Ðǿմ«Ã½ ensures all administrators of the Title IX process receive ongoing training aligned with best practices and in compliance with state and federal law.
