Core Curriculum (59 Credits)

The courses listed below are the core prerequisites required for admission to the nursing program. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher across all prerequisite courses
• A minimum grade of 2.7 (on a 4.0 scale) in each core prerequisite course

Transfer Students

Buntain School of Nursing applicants who transfer 44 or more credits to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ take the following 3 Bible and Theology courses and 3 elective credits:

• THEO 2293 Christian Vocation
• 3 elective credits

Applicants who transfer with an Associate of Arts degree take the following 2 Bible and Theology courses and 6 elective credits:

• BIBL 1053​ Christian Scriptures
• THEO 1093 Foundations of Christian Faith 
• 6 elective credits

Transfer students who turn 20 years of age or older during their first calendar year at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ may replace UNIV 1091 with one elective credit.
